Parking is available on the other side of the bridge over the Nene.

From Northampton take A43, turning left onto A14 take northern bypass to Corby. At Telford Lodge roundabout turn left to Corby. At next roundabout turn left for Rothwell on Glendon Road, turn right for Rushton, ¼ mile after turn to Rothwell is green metal gate on left. Car park on right for lakes. Cross bridge over brook past peg 40 on Rushton Lake, then turn left.

Barbel over 2lbs, bream to 5lbs, carp to 10lbs, crucian carp to 1lb, golden orfe to 1lb, perch to 3lbs and roach over 1lb.

Toilets on site with separate one for ladies for which key needs to be purchased.

From Thrapston on the A605, take the Islip turning by The Woolpack PH on the corner and drive into Islip village. After 550 yards, the road bears left turn right by the Rose and Crown PH. About a mile on, you leave a made-up road on to a track. You will come to set of green gates, which is the entrance to the fishery.
