Ravensthorpe, turn for the reservoir on right.

Off the A45 at the Ringstead turn off and into the village. Turn
left at the T junction and head towards Great Addington, carry on for
¾ of a mile, follow the road round to the right over the river
taking the first dirt track on the right to the fishery car park.

Off the A45 into Ringstead village. Turn left a T junction, at sharp
right hand bend turn left down dirt track, fishery is on right through
gate with parking next to lodge.

A deep and sluggish section of the main river upstream of Denford
village between Ringstead and Thrapston. Parking is available on a
hardstanding car park close to the river.

From the A47, Turn into the village Wansford and down to the
T-junction. Turn right and take second left for Yarwell and Nassington.
Follow this road through the two villages and into Fotheringhay
village. Turn left
at the Junction and follow the road around on a right hand bend.

is available on the other side of the bridge over the Nene.

turn left. Easy access to Mill Dam stretch is through gate at end of
the road and walk diagonally across field. The backbrook can be reached
by walking down the Mill Dam and over the bridge.

27-peg lake over 40ft wide with depths ranging between 4-6ft. Tree
lined far bank with numerous lily pads.
From Northampton take A43, turning left onto A14 take northern bypass
to Corby. At Telford Lodge roundabout turn left to Corby. At next
roundabout turn left for Rothwell on Glendon Road, turn right for
Rushton, ¼ mile after turn to Rothwell is green metal gate on
left. Car park on right for lakes. Cross bridge over brook past peg 40
on Rushton Lake, then turn left.
Barbel over 2lbs, bream to 5lbs, carp to 10lbs, crucian carp to 1lb,
golden orfe to 1lb, perch to 3lbs and roach over 1lb.
