Three lakes set in private and secluded grounds. Main Lake is over two
acres, there are 32 pegs on this lake but only eight anglers a day are
allowed. The second lake is just under an acre and the third is tiny.
At the
A43/A5 roundabout, take the exit signposted Greens Norton. Go for
exactly one mile on this road, then turn right (signposted Caswell); go
for exactly half a mile along this road and Lakeside will be on your
left. Pass between two fields on tarmac drive and parking is before
lakes.

ticket £10 during British Summertime, £6 October to March
(only 8 per day issued), exclusive private party whole lake £80 +
£10 per head if more than 8 people. Matches by arrangement.
Main Lake
barbel, bream, carp to 33lbs, roach, rudd with tench over 5lbs. Small
Lake carp, crucian carp . First Lake Bream, carp into double figures,
roach and rudd.
All year fishing. No night fishing. No fish over 4lbs to be kept in
keepnets. Barbless hooks only, anybody found using barbed hooks will be
asked to leave immediately, and will be permanently barred from the
lakes. No dogs allowed. Please note this is a private area and only
anglers that have pre-booked are allowed on site. Unhooking mats to be
used. Two rods maximum. Rod licences will be inspected. Landing nets to
be the correct size. Fishermen are restricted to the lakes area only.
Strictly no house callers. No fishing from bank immediately in front of
house [except in matches] and no trolleys across front of house. No pets allowed. No keepnets except
during matches, and then no fish over 4lbs to be kept in keepnets.
Litter to be
taken home for disposal. No braid of any description.
Nuts and
particle baits must be well prepared.
Toilet facilities on site and these must be used.

Very small lake consisting of 8 to 10 pegs.
Take A43 from Northampton towards Brackley, Turn off at
Banbury/Helmdon/Crowfield junction. Turn right at roundabout and take
first left, Fishery is signposted almost immediately on the left hand
side.
